Spices from our online store that you will need to cook a barbecue:
Svan salt
Red crushed pepper
Ingredients
Pork meat
Onions (a lot)
Sparkling water
Preparation

Cut the meat and soak it in sparkling water overnight. WE DON'T PUT ANYTHING ELSE IN!!!! SALT AND PEPPER ARE NOT NEEDED!!!! In the morning, cut the onion into large rings and knead it until the juice appears. Drain the water from the meat and mix the meat with onions. Let it stand for a couple of hours.
Fry the meat on skewers and, after serving, salt with Svan salt and pepper with a sharp crushed pepper. How delicious it is!!! The most tender meat and nothing superfluous !!! Complement the Shashlik with satsebeli sauce (recipe in the feed) or tkemali (available to order in our online store).
