Ingredients
Fresh spinach - 300 g
Walnuts - 50 g
Cilantro - 1 bunch
Garlic - 2 cloves
Vinegar - to taste
Salt - to taste
Preparation
Rinse the spinach well in running water and put it in boiling water for exactly 1 minute.
Then remove the spinach from boiling water and put it on a sieve. Squeeze out the liquid thoroughly.
Grind a bunch of coriander in a blender along with garlic and walnuts to a paste. Put the resulting mass into a plate.
Spinach well squeezed from the liquid is also crushed in a blender to a paste.
Combine spinach puree, ground coriander with nuts and garlic in one bowl. Add all the spices, salt, and a little vinegar. Mix well until smooth
Form balls from the resulting mixture. Serve with pomegranate seeds or with pomegranate sauce.
