Ingredients🌶

Beef 600 g

Onion 3 pieces

Tomatoes 4 pieces

Pickles 3 pieces

Fresh hot pepper 1 piece

Garlic 3-4 cloves

Tomato paste 2 tbsp

Butter 50 g

Bay leaf 3 pieces

Greens: basil, parsley, coriander



Preparation👩🍳

✔️Cut the meat into small pieces and boil until tender with bay leaf and pepper (take a saucepan with a thick bottom)✌️

✔️We drain the meat broth, but do not throw it away, we will still need it🙂

✔️Add butter to the meat, add salt🧂

✔️Add finely chopped onion to the meat and simmer until the onion becomes transparent🧅

✔️Peel the tomatoes, chop them finely, add to the meat and simmer for 5-10 minutes🍅

✔️Add chopped garlic, tomato paste, grated pickles to the meat (you can chop them finely), spices (carefully with hot pepper)🔥

Mix everything thoroughly, add a little meat broth (there should be a thick consistency) and cook for another 5 minutes

✔️Finely chop a lot of greens and add to the meat🌱

✔️We leave it for another 5 minutes✌️
