Mushroom shechamandi

Ingredients 🌶

½ kg of mushrooms

2 onion heads

1 tbsp Walnuts

1 tbsp Corn flour herbs (coriander, dill, parsley, mint)

Garlic 2 cloves

Preparation 👩🍳️

Boil the mushrooms until tender, strain the broth, finely chop the mushrooms, finely chop the onion , then cook in butter . Add to the mushroom broth along with the mushrooms, bring to a boil, add salt. Mix the walnuts and flour in a blender. Grind everything into crumbs. Dilute the nut-flour mixture in the mushroom broth, add spices, stir the lumps thoroughly and then simmer for 10 minutes on low heat.Add all the finely chopped greens, bring to a boil and turn off the stove. Cover with a lid and let it brew for 3 to 5 minutes.⏱
