Matzoni soup

Ingredients🌶



Matsoni 500 ml

Water (or milk) 500 ml

Onion 3 heads

Butter

Salt

Egg yolk 2 pieces

Coriander, tarragon, fresh dill



Preparation👩🍳

Combine the matzoni with water and stir so that there are no lumps🙌

Finely chop the onion, take a saucepan with a thick bottom and fry the onion in butter in it until it becomes transparent🧅

Pour the matzoni into a saucepan with onions, salt and bring to a boil over medium heat, stirring constantly🌀

Turn down the heat and continue to cook for another 5-10 minutes⏰

Remove the pan from the heat, whisk the yolks in a separate bowl and add them to the hot matzoni, stirring constantly👌

Finely chop the greens and add them to the soup.

The matzoni soup is ready.

You can eat hot and cold🥣
