Carrots 0.5 kg
Walnuts 250 g
Garlic 2-3 cloves
Wine vinegar 3 tablespoons
Salt
Coriander greens (optional)

Preparation👩🍳
Boil the carrots until tender and pass through a meat grinder🍥
Nuts should also be rolled through a meat grinder🌰
In a separate container, mix garlic, spices, salt, vinegar and finely chopped coriander (if using it) pressed through a press🌱
Add a little water to the mixture (if it is too dry)💧
Mix everything properly and combine with carrots🥕
Form balls from the resulting mass, decorate with pomegranate seeds🍃
