Green tomato salad
Our spices that you will need for cooking: utsho suneli, chili pepper, dried cilantro
Ingredients ๐ถ
Green tomatoes - 3 large ones
Walnuts - 200 g
Onion - 1 piece
Garlic - 3-4 cloves
Parsley, coriander
Vinegar - 6 tablespoons
Kakheti oil for refueling
Preparation ๐ฉ๐ณ
Cut the green tomatoes into slices and put them in a saucepan. ๐
Add 200 ml of water, salt, oil and a little vinegar. Bring to a boil and simmer for 10 minutes. โฐ
Put the tomatoes in a colander, add the coarsely chopped onion.๐ฅ
Pass the nuts and garlic through a meat grinder. ๐ฐMix the resulting mass with spices, add 4 tablespoons of vinegar and mix.๐
Add the resulting thick paste to the salad, add fresh herbs to the same place. ๐ฟMix and refrigerate for an hour or two. โ๏ธ
Decorate with thin strips of carrots and red pepper (optional)
