Green tomato salad

Our spices that you will need for cooking: utsho suneli, chili pepper, dried cilantro

Ingredients 🌶

Green tomatoes - 3 large ones

Walnuts - 200 g

Onion - 1 piece

Garlic - 3-4 cloves

Parsley, coriander

Vinegar - 6 tablespoons

Kakheti oil for refueling

Preparation 👩🍳

Cut the green tomatoes into slices and put them in a saucepan. 🍅

Add 200 ml of water, salt, oil and a little vinegar. Bring to a boil and simmer for 10 minutes. ⏰

Put the tomatoes in a colander, add the coarsely chopped onion.🥙

Pass the nuts and garlic through a meat grinder. 🌰Mix the resulting mass with spices, add 4 tablespoons of vinegar and mix.🌀

Add the resulting thick paste to the salad, add fresh herbs to the same place. 🌿Mix and refrigerate for an hour or two. ❄️

Decorate with thin strips of carrots and red pepper (optional)
