Chakapuli

Preparation

Chakapuli is a dish built solely on the languor of meat in the juice of herbs. Cut the meat into pieces. It is absolutely not necessary to pre-fry the meat. Finely chopped herbs, onions, celery, garlic are placed in layers with meat in a saucepan (it is better to take a cauldron) Salt and season with spices and sprinkle with cherry plum in layers. Pour the wine. Wine should not cover meat and herbs "with its head".Bring to a boil over high heat - and then on the weakest fire - so that it barely boils and cover with a lid.
