Green Bean Lobio
Our spices that you will need for cooking: utsho suneli, dried cilantro, chili, kondari, Imeretian saffronπΌ
Ingredients πΆ
Green beans (fresh or frozen) - 1 kg
Tomatoes β 2 pieces
Sweet red pepper -1 piece
Hot pepper β 1 Piece
Garlic β 4 Cloves
Walnuts -200 g
Parsley - one bunch
Preparation π©π³
Cut off the tails of the beans and cook in salted water until soft.β°
Cut onion and sweet pepper into cubes and fry for a couple of minutes πΆ
Scald the tomatoes with boiling water, remove the skin , thin out the cubes and add to the pan π
After a couple of minutes, add the beans π₯
Chop the nuts and garlic in a blender, add to the vegetables. π₯ Put finely chopped hot pepper and parsley in the same place π±
Add all the spices and salt π
Stir everything and fry for a few minutes, then remove the pan from the heat.π₯
Spread on a plate, decorate with herbs and nuts π
