Ingredients 🌶
Green beans (fresh or frozen) - 1 kg
Tomatoes — 2 pieces
Sweet red pepper -1 piece
Hot pepper — 1 Piece
Garlic — 4 Cloves
Walnuts -200 g
Parsley - one bunch
Preparation 👩🍳
Cut off the tails of the beans and cook in salted water until soft.⏰
Cut onion and sweet pepper into cubes and fry for a couple of minutes 🌶
Scald the tomatoes with boiling water, remove the skin , thin out the cubes and add to the pan 🍅
After a couple of minutes, add the beans 🥗
Chop the nuts and garlic in a blender, add to the vegetables. 🥜 Put finely chopped hot pepper and parsley in the same place 🌱
Add all the spices and salt 👌
Stir everything and fry for a few minutes, then remove the pan from the heat.🥙
Spread on a plate, decorate with herbs and nuts 👍
