Ingredients
Veal (beef)-1 kg
Onion — 2 pieces
Black pepper with peas
Cilantro — 1 bunch.
Garlic — 4 cloves
Preparation 🍚
Cut the meat into large pieces, put it in water, bring to a boil and drain the water. Re-fill the meat with water, add the onions cut in half and cook for about 1 hour. Then add bay leaves, peppercorns, garlic, Svan salt, dried cilantro and red pepper to the broth. 🌶We make the fire sooo weak and cook the meat for another 2-3 hours👌 the finished meat is served with a small amount of broth, sprinkled with dry adjika and generously seasoned with coriander greens 🌱 (you can replace it with the greens you like more). You can decorate the dish with fresh vegetables at your request 😉
