I wonder how Olivier is prepared in Georgia?🙂

Ingredients🌶



Potatoes 500 g

Carrots 500 g

Eggs 5 pieces

Pickles 5 pieces

Onion 1 piece

Green peas 1 jar

Dill is a very large bunch



For refueling

2 egg yolks

Vegetable oil 1 cup



Preparation



Boil and peel the vegetables and eggs🥚

Finely diced, put in a bowl🥒

Add finely chopped pickles (the amount can be changed according to your taste)😉

Add the peas and finely chopped onion and dill🌱

Making a dressing- homemade mayonnaise🍥

Add salt and pepper to the yolks and pour the oil in a thin stream, while constantly whisking🌀

We are filling our salad, it's ready👍
