Eggplant in garlic sauce

Our spices that you will need for cooking: black pepper, dried cilantro.

Ingredients 🌶

- eggplant 2 pcs.

- garlic 3 teeth.

- sour cream 200 g

- parsley - salt to taste

- wheat flour 3 tbsp.l.

Preparation: Cut the eggplants lengthwise, about 1 cm thick, sprinkle with salt and let them stand for 20 minutes. Then pan the eggplants in wheat flour. fry the eggplants in any oil until tender, dry with a paper towel. Mix sour cream with a little salt, spices and chopped garlic.Next, roll the eggplants into rolls, put them on a flat plate and pour over the garlic sauce. Sprinkle with parsley.
