Today we are preparing an Adjarian dish-YAHNEH

Our spices that you will need for cooking:

Utsho suneli

Imeretian saffron

Red crushed pepper

Dried cilantro

Black pepper

Ingredients🌶

Beef 1.5 kg

Onions 3-4 pieces

Walnuts 200 g

Garlic 4-5 cloves

Butter 50g

Preparation 👩🍳

Cut the meat into medium pieces and boil for 60 minutes🍖

Then, fry the boiled meat in a deep frying pan in butter, add finely chopped onion and leave to simmer on low heat for 40 minutes⏱

If necessary, add the meat broth (so that it does not burn)♨️

While the meat is stewing, we prepare the dressing🙌

Lightly fry the nuts, grind them in a blender until smooth, add all the spices, mix🥜

Add meat broth to the nut sauce to the consistency of liquid sour cream🌀

Mix thoroughly🍥

Add to the meat and leave to simmer for another 10-15 minutes⏰

5 minutes before cooking, add finely chopped garlic👌
