Ojakhuri is a recipe that turns ordinary potatoes and meat into a juicy, fragrant Georgian family dish.

Ingredients
Veal -1kg
Potatoes - 1kg
Onion โ 3 pieces
Dry red wine - 200 ml
Garlicโ 4 cloves
Tomatoes -2 pieces
A large bunch of greenery
Preparation
Cut the meat into pieces, rub with spices and salt, pour wine and leave to marinate for at least half an hour in the refrigerator.
After the time has elapsed, put the veal in a frying pan with heated vegetable oil, cover with a lid and simmer over low heat. 5-10 minutes before the meat is ready, put the onion cut into half rings in a frying pan, mix everything and continue to fry until ready.
While the meat is stewing, we peel the potatoes and cut them into slices and start frying half an hour before the meat is ready.
Fry the potatoes until they are golden brown, then remove from heat, salt and season.
Add potatoes, garlic, tomatoes and herbs to the finished meat and simmer under the lid for another 3 minutes.
