Preparation
We will clean the mushrooms from dirt, carefully remove the legs, put the caps in a baking dish.
Grate the cheese on a coarse grater. Put a small piece of butter in each mushroom cap, season with coarsely ground black pepper, salt to taste. Put the grated cheese on top of the butter. Place the remaining butter arbitrarily between the mushrooms.
Preheat the oven to 220 degrees.Bake the mushrooms for 20-30 minutes.
We serve the mushrooms with suluguni immediately, when the mushrooms and cheese are still hot and fragrant. So delicious 😃😃😃
