Meat in tsakhton

Our spices that you will need for cooking: hops suneli, chili pepper🌶

Ingredients🥦

Beef 500 g

Matsoni 250 ml

Garlic 3-4 cloves

A Large Bunch of coriander

Preparation 👩🍳

Boil the meat until tender, cool🥩

Prepare the sauce: finely chop the herbs, squeeze out the garlic, add spices and mix it all with the matzoni🌀

Cut the meat into strips and pour the sauce over it🙌

Refrigerate for two hours⏰
