Ingredients🌶
Beef liver 300 g
Beef heart 300 g
Beef lung 300 g
Onion 300 g
Garlic 4 cloves
Dry white wine 1 cup
Butter
Coriander greens
Preparation👩🍳
Chop the meat, pour over the wine, add a little water and simmer for 50 minutes⏰
