Ingredients🌶

Beef liver 300 g

Beef heart 300 g

Beef lung 300 g

Onion 300 g

Garlic 4 cloves

Dry white wine 1 cup

Butter

Coriander greens

Preparation👩🍳

Chop the meat, pour over the wine, add a little water and simmer for 50 minutes⏰

We take the meat out of the broth, fry it with onions in butter until golden brown, add spices during frying🧂

Add the remaining broth from cooking and simmer for another 10 minutes on very low heat🥩

Add the chopped coriander, let it stand for 5 minutes🙌
