GURULI KHACHAPURI (Gwedzeli)

Ingredients 👩🍳

Milk 500 ml

Egg 1 piece

Butter 50 g

Dry yeast 2 tsp

Flour (how much will the dough take)

Butter or margarine 50 g

Dry yeast 1 dessert spoon

Flour 500-700 g

Eggs 5 pieces

Imeretian (or Adyghe cheese) 500-700 g ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~

Preparation 👩🍳

Boil 5 eggs in advance. 🥚

Dough: add yeast to warm milk and let it stand for 5 minutes, add 1 egg, melted butter, salt and slowly pour in flour, knead the dough and put it on, lower it a couple of times.☝️

Filling: grate the cheese, finely chop one egg and mix with your hands and mash the mass with cheese🧀

Cut the remaining 4 eggs into slices ⭕️ Next, we sculpt khachapuri 🤲 Divide the dough into several parts. 🌀 Roll out into a circle , put the cheese filling on one half, put egg cups on top and cover with the other half, pinch the edges. ♨️It turns out to be a semicircle 🌮

Put our khachapuri guruli on a baking sheet, cover with egg and bake for about 30 minutes ⏰
