Souzi

Our spices that you will need for cooking:suneli hops, Imeretian saffron, dry adjika, black pepper

Ingredients🌶

Beef 1 kg

Potatoes 5-6 pieces

Onion 2 pieces

Carrots 1 piece

Garlic 3-4 cloves

Sweet pepper 1 piece

Tomatoes 5 pieces

Tomato paste 2 tbsp.spoons

Cilantro, dill, parsley

Preparation👩🍳

Cut the beef into large pieces and boil until tender🥩

Drain the broth into a separate container, put peeled and coarsely chopped potatoes on a layer of beef🥔

Fry in a frying pan:garlic (whole, crushed slices), onion, carrot, sweet pepper, tomato paste and spices🔥

If necessary, add a little broth so that it does not burn👌

We spread the roast on the potatoes🙌

Scald the tomatoes with boiling water, remove the skin and put them entirely in our saucepan with the main ingredients🍵

Pour the broth (so that it is slightly thick) and cook until the potatoes are ready⏱

5 minutes before the end of cooking, add finely chopped greens🥬
