Flour 500-600g

Water 200 ml (approx.)

Matsoni 200 ml

Cottage cheese 200 g

Garlic 2-3 cloves

Butter 100 g

Knead the dough from flour, water and eggs🥚

Cover with a towel and leave for 30 minutes⏰

Then, divide the dough into several parts, roll each into a thin layer and bake until golden brown🥞

Quickly, while the cake is hot, roll it into a roll and cut into columns of about 3-5 cm🥟
