Prepare a real Georgian Tarragon! It's that simple. 👍
Ingredients:
Fresh tarragon — 50 Grams
Lemon — 2 Pieces
Sugar syrup — 150 Grams
Highly carbonated water — 1 Liter
Preparation:
Fresh tarragon is thoroughly rinsed under running water and finely chopped.
Squeeze the juice out of two lemons.
Then mix the juice with sugar syrup.
Pour 300 ml of water from the bottle and put the finely chopped tarragon into it.
Then pour a mixture of syrup and lemon juice into the bottle, close the bottle and send it to infuse in the refrigerator. Lemonade should be infused from 15 minutes to 2 hours.
Before serving, filter the lemonade and pour it into a jug. (dilute with soda to taste)
