Muzhuzhi

Muzhuzhi-Georgian pork leg jelly🇬🇪

Ingredients🌶

Pork legs-4 pieces

Carrots-1 large

Onion-1 large

Garlic-3 cloves

Cilantro-bunch

Wine vinegar

Black pepper, peppercorns, allspice, bay leaf

Preparation👩🍳

Pork legs should be cleaned, washed and soaked overnight in water🐖

Put the legs in a saucepan, fill with water, bring to a boil, drain the water and rinse the legs again🌀

Pour water again, add carrots and onions (whole), add spices and cook on low heat for 3 hours⏰

Salt towards the end of cooking🍚

We take the legs out of the broth, remove the bones, leaving the meat in very large pieces🍗

Strain the broth, add chopped garlic and boil for 2-3 minutes⏱

Put the meat in a mold, fill with wine vinegar (about 50 ml per 0.5 liters of broth), cover with coriander and leave to marinate a little (15 minutes)👌

Pour the meat over the patient and leave it in the cold for a day to solidify👩🍳 The muzhuzhi is ready👍
