Lula kebab

Our spices that you will need for cooking:

✔️black pepper 1 h/l

✔️dried cilantro 1 tbsp/l

✔️cumin 1 st/l

✔️Sumac 1 ct/l

Ingredients🌶

✔️minced veal 2kg

✔️minced chicken 0.5 kg

✔️onion 3 pieces

✔️coriander greens 1 bunch

✔️thin pita bread 2 pcs

Preparation👩🍳

Grate the onion, squeeze out the juice and mix the resulting mass with two types of minced meat🥩

Add finely chopped coriander and all spices except sumac🌀

Beat off the minced meat until the fibers dissolve and it begins to stick to your hands (10-15 minutes)🙌

We make blanks for kebabs:we make balls of minced meat, put them in a saucepan and put them in the refrigerator for 1 hour⏰

We wet our hands in water and form a sausage from our balls directly on the skewer (there should be no air between the skewer and the minced meat)🍗 We put it on the grill, on well-heated coals🔥

As soon as one side grabs (after about a minute), turn it over. So we spin our kebab until it's ready🌭

❗️Skewers must be cold when stringing❗️

Spread a thin pita bread, cut the onion into thin half rings, sprinkle with sumac, remove the finished kebab from the skewer and wrap it in pita bread🌮

The kebab is ready👍
