Beetroot phali 🔴

Our spices that you will need for cooking : hops-suneli, utsho-suneli, dried cilantro, chili.

Ingredients 🌶

Beetroot 400 g

Walnuts 200 g

Garlic 3-4 cloves

Cilantro 1 bunch

Vinegar

Preparation 👩🍳

Bake the beetroot in the oven in the peel. 🌀

Let cool and pass through a small meat grinder ♨️

Nuts, garlic and coriander are also crushed to a paste 🥜

Squeeze the beetroot from the liquid and combine with the nut-garlic mixture, add a little vinegar, spices, salt and mix well until smooth

Form balls from the resulting mixture. Serve with pomegranate seeds or with pomegranate sauce. 🥗
