Ingredients🌶

Flour 500g

Milk 400 ml

Butter 50g

Egg 2 pieces

Suluguni cheese 300 g

Imeretian cheese 300 g

Sugar 2 tablespoons

Dry yeast 5g

Prepare the dough:

Roll the dough in half and roll it out thinly again, do this three times👌

Grate the cheese on a coarse grater and mix with the remaining butter🧀

Bake in an oven preheated to 220 degrees for fifteen to twenty minutes🧭
