Achma

Ingredients🌶

Flour — 3 Cups

Water — 1 Cup

Salt — 1/2 teaspoon

Butter — 200 g

Suluguni cheese — 500 g

Preparation👩🍳

Take flour, water, butter (half), salt and knead the dough🌀

We divide it into 10 parts🥞

Roll out one piece of dough very thinly, cover the bottom of the baking dish so that the edges hang down from the outside and lubricate with butter🙌

Three suluguni on a coarse grater🧀

Boil water in one saucepan, put cold water in another one💧

Thinly roll out all the pieces of dough, dip them first into boiling water, and then immediately into cold water🍵

We put the dough in layers into a mold, alternating with cheese. Lubricate each piece of dough with butter🍥

The last piece of dough does not need to be dipped into water, just spread it on top, and fill the edges inside.

Turn the edges of the lowest piece of dough into the middle🥮

Liberally lubricate the top with oil👌

Bake the achma in the oven for 1 hour, the temperature is 180 degrees⏰
