Lazuri Khachapuri

Ingredients🌶

For the dough:

milk — 250 ml;

vegetable oil — 1 tbsp .l

butter — 60 g

dry yeast — 1 tsp

fine salt — 1 tsp

sugar — 1 tsp

flour — about 400 g

egg -1 piece

For filling:

suluguni cheese— 500 g

Preparation

Sift about 200 g of flour into a deep bowl, add dry yeast, sugar and salt🍚Mix the dry mixture🌀

Then add warm milk and vegetable oil - mix everything well🥛

Last add 20 grams of soft butter🍥

Knead the soft, lagging dough by hand🙌Leave the dough in a warm place for an hour⏰

Grate all the cheese on a coarse grater🧀

Add the remaining butter👌

We leave part of the filling separately👌

Divide the risen dough into 2 equal parts💢

Alternately roll out each blank into a thin circle🥞

Spread the cheese mass on a flatbread, cover with a second flatbread and pinch the edges properly🥟

Grease the dough with a shaken raw egg on top and sprinkle with the remaining cheese mass🥠

Bake in an oven heated to 220 degrees for about 20 minutes until golden brown😍

We take it out of the oven, put the sliced suluguni on top and send it to the oven until the cheese melts 🧀
