Preparation πŸ‘©πŸ³

Place the cornmeal in a bowl. 🍚

Add egg, butter, salt and sugar. πŸ₯šAdd 230 ml of milk or water.πŸ₯›

Mix the ingredients by hand,

until you get a soft homogeneous dough πŸ™Œ

The finished dough is slightly moist, soft, pliable and smooth. πŸ₯ŸIt does not stick to your hands and holds the desired shape well.πŸ‘Œ

Prepare the filling – suluguni cheese. πŸ§€The filling should be at least half of the volume of the dough (if 200 g of cheese is not enough, add more )πŸ˜‰

Three cheese on a grater and mix into the dough πŸŒ€

Divide the dough into small portions and form small tortillas. Heat

a frying pan with a small amount of vegetable oil and fry the chwishtari on both sides until golden brown.πŸ₯§

Serve the tortillas to the table hot. ☺️
