Chebureks

Our spices that you will need for cooking:

✔️Cumin

✔️Black Pepper



Ingredients 🌶

-Flour 1 kg

- Water

-Meat (beef, or beef/pork 70:30) 0.5 kg

-Onion 2 large pieces

-Garlic 3 cloves

-Coriander greens

-Vegetable oil



Cooking👩🍳



Preparing the dough: gradually add water to the flour, knead to a tight but slightly soft consistency, cover the dough and let it rest for 30 minutes⏰



Cooking minced meat🙌

We pass the meat, onion, garlic and herbs through a meat grinder, add spices and salt, mix well and add water💧

The dough should be slightly runny!



Take a deep frying pan and pour a lot of vegetable oil, the chebureks should be completely covered with it 🥟



We make a cheburek: roll out a circle of dough the size of a frying pan, spread the minced meat on half of the circle and cover with the other half, jam the edges with a fork🍥



Carefully take our cheburek and put it in well-heated oil✌️ Do not get burned🔥 Fry on both sides until golden brown and spread on a paper towel to drain the fat.



You need to wait a little before eating, the cheburek inside is very hot🙂
