Kubdari - Svan meat pies 🇬🇪

Our spices that you will need for cooking: dry adjika, utsho suneli, dried cilantro, ground Cumin, Svan salt, ground Chili. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~

Ingredients 🌶

For the filling:

Beef 0.5 kg

Pork 0.5 kg

Onion 2 pieces

Garlic 4-5 cloves

For the dough:

flour 1 kg

dry yeast 1.5 tbsp

milk 500 ml

vegetable oil 50 g

sugar 1 tsp

salt 1 tsp

egg 1 pc

Preparation 👩🍳 Chop the meat, onion and garlic finely, combine everything together, add spices, mix well with your hands and put it to marinate while we prepare the dough

Mix the yeast with sugar , add a little warm milk and leave for 10 minutes ⏱

Mix flour, egg, salt, remaining milk, add sourdough, vegetable oil and mix 🍚

Mold the dough into a ball, cover with a towel and put in a warm place for 1 hour👌

After an hour, knead the dough with your hands, knead again, divide into 6-8 equal parts and let it rest for 10-15 minutes ⏰

Roll out each part of the dough into a flat cake 1 cm thick.

Put the meat filling in the center of each tortilla.🌮

Pull the ends of the tortilla up and pinch the edges carefully.🍥

Sprinkle the tortilla with flour and roll it out in a circle so that the filling remains inside and the dough does not break ☝️We make a hole in the center to release steam 💨Bake for 25-30 minutes at a temperature of 200 degrees 🔥We add ready-made kubdari with butter😍
