Cut the chicken along the sternum and spread it out. Beat off the carcass with a kitchen hammer on both sides.
To prepare the marinade, squeeze the juice from the lemon and mix it with pressed garlic and spices. With this marinade, you need to rub the whole chicken and leave it for an hour.
Melt the butter in a frying pan, place the chicken on its back and cover with a heavy lid. If there is no such lid, then you can cover the dish with an ordinary inverted lid from the pan, and put a container with water on top. After 15-20 minutes of frying, turn the carcass over and fry for the same amount.
